Dètachement de la puce du BIOS, en pratique

Bien que je me sois décidé de retirer la puce du BIOS, au début, je ne savais pas à ce qui aurait dû être fait pour lancer le processus.

J'ai mis les morceaux d'un ruban résistant à la chaleur autour de la puce cible. Alors  j'ai placé un petit morceau de fil torsadé de cuivre, que je trouve dans ma boîte à outils, après la formation dans une forme carrée, sur les huit broches de la puce, comme un aide spécial.

Removal of the BIOS chip, in practice

Though I made up my mind to remove the BIOS chip, at first I had no idea as to what should have been done to start the process.

I put the pieces of a heat-resisting tape around the target chip, and placed a short piece of  stranded wire of copper, which I found in my tool box, after forming it into a square shape, on the eight pins of the chip, as a special aid.

Je ne suis pas imaginer un tel système aurait conduit à un résultat désastreux décrit ci-dessous.

I did not imagine such a scheme would have lead to a disasterous result described below.

Comme on peut facilement reconnu par la courbure de la bande résistant à la chaleur, une grande masse de soudure est resté sur la surface de la mère borad à partir de laquelle la puce a été retirée après une lutte longue et difficile. Bien sûr, une bande d'absorption de soudure (un fil torsadé plat du cuivre) a été préparé à l'avance, mais mon cœur était presque paniqué lors du combat contre la masse de soudure qui avait déterminé à ne renonce jamais.

Lors de l'analyse plus tard, je remarquai qu'une puissance insuffisante du fer à souder et une excessive coulée de la pointe de la soudure, ignorant la nature d'adsorption de chaleur de la carte mère, sont les principales raisons de l'échec.

As can be readily recognized by the curvature of the heat-resisting tape, a large mass of solder remained on the surface of mother borad from which the chip has been removed after a long and hard struggle.  Of course, a solder absorption tape (a flat stranded wire of copper) was prepared  beforehand, but my heart was  nearly panicked when fighting against the solder mass which had determined to never gives up.

When analysing later, I noticed that an insufficient power of the soldering iron and an excessive pouring of the tip of the solder ignoring the heat adsorption nature of the mother board were the main reasons of the failure. 

L'apparition de la puce était aussi tout à fait tragique. Je n'était pas sûr si la puce était en vie ou non.  

The appearance of the chip was also quite tragic. I was not sure whether the chip was alive or not.

Après tout, je suis en mesure d'éliminer la masse de soudure, mais une partie de la surface de la carte mère (dans la partie inférieure gauche de la position de la puce) est grattée.

Pour rendre les choses pire (paru fatale), une partie des terres (une partie comme une électrode  pour le câblage) à la partie inférieure droite a déposé quand je tripotait avec elle, sentant qu'il était légèrement vacillant. Ce qui restait était un bout de la ligne conductrice ayant une largeur proche du diamètre d'un cheveu humain.

J'étais dans un état d'esprit sans défense, et je me sentais très fatigué.

After all, I was able to remove the solder mass, but a part of the surface of the mother board (in the lower-left part of the position of the chip) was scraped off.

To make the matter worst (appeared fatal) ,  a land portion (an electrode  like portion for the wiring) at the lower-right part dropped off when I was fiddling with it, feeling that it was  wobbling slightly.  What remained was a tip of the conductor line having a width near to the diameter of a human hair.

I was in a helpless mood, and felt very tired.
